A Specialist degree in Customs Management and External Trade by Escuela Nacional de Administracion y Hacienda Publica.

A Graduate course in Auditing by Polytechnic University of Madrid - CEPADE.

An Executive MBA by Formato Educativo Business School and University of Cadiz.

And he is now a PhD candidate in International Business at University of Margarita.

He was trained as External Auditor by KPMG, Deloitte and Moore Stephens; achieving the level as Audit Senior Manager.

He was Financial Controller in a Franquise holding company in Aruba island.

Corporate Internal Auditor in Polar Group, within the SBU for Foods, using Risk Management.

He worked in Customs as Manager and Coordinator of SENIAT (Venezuela's National Integrated Service for the Administration of Customs, Duties and Taxes).

Within his achievements, he created five Border Control Posts and designed the first Master's degree in Forensic Auditing and he is coauthor of the Master's degree in Customs in Venezuela, offer by the University of Margarita.

He is a professor who teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses.
